Eligiblity for the “Corporate Individual Offer”

• Available to all St. John Ambulance Employees, Instructors and Volunteers (not spouses nor friends)
• Available for new activations
• Eligible TELUS subscribers who have contracts that have expired OR within 6 months of expiring on a 2- or 3-year term OR within 3 months of expiring on a 1-year term

Approval of "Corporate Individual Offers" require the following conditions:

• Lowest voice + data combination must be more than $50 per month (before discounts)
• Offer cannot have more than 2 unlimited features
  • No airtime credits, no renewal allotment, no churn allotment
  • Pooling, Hardware Refresh Program, BES Data Plans and co-terminus clause not applicable
  • Mobile to Mobile (IN-BAN), TELUS to TELUS and BONUS minutes not applicable
  • One offer per employee
  • Account must be activated under employee name
